Donovan McKendrick's Blog

Beginning his higher education at San Francisco State University, Donovan McKendrick undertook a number of courses of study, majoring in Tourism and Development as well as Political Rhetoric, and minoring in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Graduating cum laude with two Bachelor’s degrees and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution, Donovan McKendrick soon entered the University of San Francisco in pursuit of further education. He is presently working on a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration.

In both his law and business classes, Donovan McKendrick ranks in the top portion of his class, often in the upper 20 percent. He has received a number of scholarships in recognition of his hard work and good grades. Some of the organizations with which Donovan McKendrick has been affiliated include the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Criminal Law Society, and the International Law Society.

For the last five years, Donovan McKendrick has assisted Judge Wallace P. Douglass of the Superior Court of California as a Law Clerk. These experiences have helped him in both his law studies and in his role as owner of American Homes Realty and DMcK Properties, a San Francisco-based business founded by Donovan McKendrick. Mr. McKendrick handles property management and leasing, and he does the accounting for properties worth over $3 million.

In his spare time, Donovan McKendrick practices several martial arts, including hapkido and jiu-jitsu. He has also worked as a fight choreographer and stuntman for motion pictures.
